Hyderabad to have a learning center to develop employability and entrepreneurial skills of disadvantaged youth and women
A learning center aimed at improving the employability and developing entrepreneurial skills of disadvantaged youth and women will be inaugurated tomorrow by Rotarian Shekhar Mehta, world president of Rotary International, a voluntary service organization with more than 1.4 million of members.
Shekhar Mehta is the 4th Indian in Rotary’s 115-year history to serve as President of Rotary International for the year 2021-22. His guiding mantra in life is “Service is the rent we pay for the space we occupy on this earth”.
the Sarath Gopal Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills Learning Center arrives at Road No. 10, Sidique Nagar, Lane opp. SLN Terminus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. It is a project of the Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills, a 30-year-old Rotary club and the largest of the sister cities.
Rotarian Suresh Gupta, president of the Rotary Club of Jubilee Hills, explained that the goal of the Center is to provide skills development courses in areas relevant to tomorrow’s markets. Also develop communication skills and personal excellence to meet business expectations; instill a mindset of good work culture and human values, and adopt an ethic based on the ideals of Rotary to become worthy and dignified citizens.
The Center will be run on philanthropic bases, he added.
Entrepreneurship Development, Spoken English, Accounting Curriculum, Financial Literacy, Hospitality Skills, Paramedic Skills, Computer Literacy, etc. will be taught.
